Designer Apprenticeship (EFZ)

Developing, designing, tinkering and drawing – as a Designer, your goal is to constantly come up with new ideas to fulfill the needs and requirements of your customers and to enrich the product range with your innovations.

During your training as a Designer (EFZ), you will receive extensive practical training and be able to work in a modern and international environment. With the experiences that you can gain on our technical team, you will lay down the initial foundations to start your career as a Designer. Your four-year training will be heavily computer-based. With our state-of-the-art 3D software, you will learn how to develop and design individual parts and assemblies. You will also help to complete projects and support the developmental engineers on specific topics.

YOUR PROFILE

You possess good spatial imagination. You enjoy analytical and logical thinking. You are able to work in a team, you can work thoroughly and precisely, and you have a keen interest in technical contexts. If you completed your school education with good grades and you are strong in math, physics and geometry, then the door is open to you for a training position as a Designer at DT Swiss AG.
