brake version in three different rim heights (80 mm, 62 mm and 48 mm),
our Aero lineup is developed with our aero specialists from Swiss Side
to get up to speed and stay there. Excellent aero-stability and minimal
aero drag support the complete system of the rider and their bike. The
ARC 1100 DICUT Aero wheels are revised with modern DT Swiss components.
Incorporating the sleek 180 DICUT aero hub with the Ratchet EXP system
and ultra-light SINC ceramic bearings, every invested watt is
efficiently brought onto the road. DT Swiss Aero spokes with their flat

Are you looking for the user manual, searching for compatible replacement parts, or do you want to know which components are installed in your product?
All this information is stored in our useful Product Support. By entering the 7-digit DT Swiss ID or scanning the corresponding QR code / dot code with your mobile camera, you can easily identify your product. Please note that the dot code can only be read with this specific scan reader.
Since 2020, all wheels and suspension products are equipped with the 7-digit DT Swiss ID. If your product does not have a DT Swiss ID, you can also identify it using the filter function or the material number. Here you can find everything about the exact positioning of the DT Swiss ID on our products.
The current DT Swiss wheels are tubeless-ready and come with mounted tubeless rim tape and corresponding valves. For conversion, you will need a tubeless-capable tire (optimal: UST) and tire sealant. You can find both at an official dealer. Our How To video will take you through step-by-step assembly.
If you have previously ridden your bike with a tube or if the tape no longer sticks properly to the rim, we recommend that you replace the rim tape as a precaution.
How to attach the tubeless rim tape:
1. Measure the inside width of the rim.
2. The tubeless rim tape should be approx. 2 mm wider than the rim and can be bought from a specialist store.
3. Apply the tubeless rim tape. Depending on the rim/tire combination, it may be helpful to apply two or three layers of tubeless rim tape to optimally seal the rim bed.

The tire should be pumped in line with the manufacturer's instructions, in order to ensure optimum rolling resistance.
Note: This can vary depending on the tire manufacturer and model. The tire pressure impacts both the ride comfortability and stability of the wheel. See our tire pressure table for an overview of maximum tire pressures depending on tire and rim width.
In cycling, rim height significantly impacts the aerodynamics, maneuverability and weight of the wheel. Basically, the higher the rim, the greater the aerodynamic advantage. The lower the rim, the more agile and maneuverable the handling.

The DT aerolite II and DT aero comp II spokes in the ARC Aero wheels of the Reborn Faster campaign are now incorporated into the new generation of ARC wheels for rim brakes. Being up to 28% thinner and up to 39% wider respectively than the previous generation, the new DT Swiss Aero spokes are aerodynamically aligned in this wheelset using the established t-heads.
