Dent rocks, break roots, be rude as hell to the trails. The FR 571 has all the features to defeat the black snake and crush canyon gaps in the desert. Attack the tracks in a 29" or 27.5" setup, rider's choice to go fully rude or business in the front, rude in the back. No need to be polite, the included flat hex brass nipples are resistant enough for rough handling. Be bold and brazen with a silver rim or stay stealthy in black. Get the FR 571 and be rude as hell.

  • Material ALUMINIUM
Rim profile The modification of the rim profile as well as the addition of material at specific places allows for increased resistance to impacts and pinch flats.
Size options Ride in full 29”, full 27.5” or mullet. The FR 571 is available in both sizes and 32 spoke count.
Nipples The FR 571 comes with brass nipples, resistant enough for rough handling.
Personalize your ride The FR 571 comes in black or in a special silver color, as well with three additional stickers.

  • Caution when choosing brake pads for wheels with rim brakes!

    • Only "SwissStop Black Prince" brake pads may be used on carbon rims.
    • Only "SwissStop BXP Blue" brake pads may be used on OXIC rims.

    The use of incorrect brake pads can cause the rim to fail. DT Swiss takes no responsibility in this case. Please also note that brake pads which were previously used on aluminum rims must not be used on carbon rims. The aluminum abrasion in the brake pad can destroy the carbon. For further information about your wheel, please refer to the user manual.

  • As wider rims have developed, so have wider tires. However, the different tire and rim widths are not universally compatible. Essentially: The wider the rim, the wider the tires that can be fitted.
