You can acquire the skills and knowledge required to be a business person through our diverse training programme. Whether it is in the HR office, secretary/reception, sales, purchasing, accounting or service centre – with us you will get an extensive insight into the various departments of a modern production company whilst guaranteeing yourself a diverse start in this varied professional field.
HR office: In our HR department you will find out all about diverse administrative processes. This will include, among other things, processing employee entries and exits. You will also help with the recruitment process, reply to applications and organise files.
Secretary/reception: At reception you will connect with customers using various forms of communication. You will welcome visitors as well as be responsible for the telephone switchboard and emails. In addition, you will be the point of contact for DT Swiss employees by processing their mail, arranging hotel bookings for our guests, organising office materials and helping to plan and hold general company events. You can also experience and introduce creative ideas as part of our company magazine.
Sales office: Whether it’s recording, managing, order picking or invoicing – you will help out with anything to do with customer order transactions. You will also support our team with other everyday business matters. For example, you will help with processing returns and creating export documents.
Sales support: In sales support you will broaden your knowledge of customer service. You will be present for all customer visits, help with complaints, support our field sales team and learn about our international sales support.
Purchasing: In the purchasing department, you will learn all about the SAP ERP system. Here you will get to work on diverse projects and support our purchasing team with looking after master data and supplier portfolios. You will also assist with the acquisition of tools and resources to ensure our production is running on full blast. In addition, you will manage and check order confirmations and delivery dates with our employees.
Accounting: In accounting, it's all coming down to numbers. Here you will learn how to assign and enter invoices and incoming payments, create turnover statistics and send reminders for overdue payments.
Service centre: In the service centre you will learn about our products in a practical setting. You will process incoming mail and record service and warranty agreements. You will prepare packages for delivery after repair work as well as create the relevant invoices. You will also be responsible for creating and sending estimates and answering order-related customer queries.
You have successfully completed secondary education with distinction. You enjoy interacting with people and you are an organised person who is comfortable approaching people. You are already confident with Word, Excel or Powerpoint. You are enthusiastic as well as curious and you are willing to work in various departments of our company as well as use foreign languages. On top of all of this, if you have lots of motivation, passion, independence and organisational skills, then you are the perfect fit.
