unique process provides maximum carbon compression to push durability
further than ever before. A patent-pending technique for layer-by-layer
quality control ensures minimized imperfections straight out of the
mold, to maximize your commitment. A lighter front rim has 28 DT
revolite spokes, while the more durable rear rim has 32. The high-
engaging Ratchet DEG makes for a smaller idle distance, crucial for
acceleration out of corners. Get ready to push on the stages and break

An industry disrupting rim manufacturing process and a layer-by-layer nondestructive inspection of every product creates light yet durable rims for a long-lasting riding experience. According to your selection EXC 1200 CLASSIC we found 13 models. Please use the model finder above to narrow down the models. Select the model for which you need product support.
The current DT Swiss wheels are tubeless-ready and come with mounted tubeless rim tape and corresponding valves. For conversion, you will need a tubeless-capable tire (optimal: UST) and tire sealant. You can find both at an official dealer. Our How To video will take you through step-by-step assembly.
If you have previously ridden your bike with a tube or if the tape no longer sticks properly to the rim, we recommend that you replace the rim tape as a precaution.
How to attach the tubeless rim tape:
1. Measure the inside width of the rim.
2. The tubeless rim tape should be approx. 2 mm wider than the rim and can be bought from a specialist store.
3. Apply the tubeless rim tape. Depending on the rim/tire combination, it may be helpful to apply two or three layers of tubeless rim tape to optimally seal the rim bed.

The tire should be pumped in line with the manufacturer's instructions, in order to ensure optimum rolling resistance.
Note: This can vary depending on the tire manufacturer and model. The tire pressure impacts both the ride comfortability and stability of the wheel. See our tire pressure table for an overview of maximum tire pressures depending on tire and rim width.
