The affected models have been thoroughly tested and released for production. We continue to closely monitor series production through our established quality control processes to ensure consistent product safety and reliability.

Products with the round Quality Sticker (No. 1) have been tested and are declared safe (see picture). You may continue using the product as normal.

Please send an email to recall@dtswiss.com with the rim serial number (located under the TL-Tape) and any available product details. Our team will support you in verifying the product manually.
If your wheel was confirmed as not affected:
No further action or registration is required. You may continue using the product as normal.
