SUSPENSION PROJECT MANAGER 100% (M/F)

YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Lead an motivate a small team of engineers in Taiwan and be the communication link between Taiwan and Switzerland
  • Lead any suspension project and task in Asia dealing with a broad range of suspension products.
  • Keeping work on time according to schedule
  • Ensure any development complies with the high standard of DT Swiss and is economical for manufacturing
  • Ensure  each part is checked for its manufacturability to enable a smooth mass production
  • Internal cooperation with other departments such as Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Sales, Product Management
  • Developing project plan and breakdown structural components based on project requirement to fulfill target and achieve project business goal
  • Ability to travel international

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Mechanical Engineering (or similar)  degree (Master)
  • 3+ years practical experience in development and/or sourcing of technical consumer or mechanical products in an industrial manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge in bicycle parts, especially suspension, is a big advantage
  • Solid understanding of technical functions and manufacturing processes like CNC, forging, heat treatment and other
  • English Business fluent is a must,
  • Chinese business fluent is a must.
  • SAP skills are a plus
  • Logical thinking and problem solving skills
  • High planning and organization skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with high accuracy
  • Proactive and highly self-driven personality
  • Able to work productively in a team with
  • Familiar with quality systems and concept of continuous improvement
