The current DT Swiss wheels are tubeless-ready and come with mounted tubeless rim tape and corresponding valves. For conversion, you will need a tubeless-capable tire (optimal: UST) and tire sealant. You can find both at an official dealer. Our How To video will take you through step-by-step assembly.
If you have previously ridden your bike with a tube or if the tape no longer sticks properly to the rim, we recommend that you replace the rim tape as a precaution.
How to attach the tubeless rim tape:
1. Measure the inside width of the rim.
2. The tubeless rim tape should be approx. 2 mm wider than the rim and can be bought from a specialist store.
3. Apply the tubeless rim tape. Depending on the rim/tire combination, it may be helpful to apply two or three layers of tubeless rim tape to optimally seal the rim bed.

At temperatures of 200 degrees, carbon will start to wave and lose its stability.
The exhaust gases from a car can be up to 500 degrees Celsius. When transporting your carbon wheel with a rear carrier, make sure that there is sufficient distance to avoid such defects!
Contact the manufacturer of your rear carrier for a protective device.
If you discover this deformation on your wheel, contact our Service Centre.

«A coherent relationship between aesthetics and performance - form following function - is my main focus when piecing together bikes, bits by bits. This is why I’m mad about my TRC 1400 DICUT 65’s.
The wheelset is incredibly light and, even paired with their 65mm rim profile, insanely fast during accelerations, while balance and stability is maintained even at high speeds. The unparalleled performance and aesthetic qualities of these wheels is why they continue to be my go-to set when I’m in the mood to ride something truly special.»

«When I first took my TRC 1400 DICUT 65 wheels out of the box, I was already amazed how easily the tubeless sealing worked. Afterwards, I mounted them onto my 8bar fixie and did a lap. Up until now, I only knew such stability from disc wheels on the track, but they weigh much more. I also felt the lightness in the acceleration at the end of the curve.
Since then they have been essential for me. My greatest success, the Rad Race Fixed42 World Champion title, I could celebrate with these wheels, and that’s why I have them framed on the wall in my living room.»

«Whether a typical daily training, an evening race on the concrete track in Oerlikon, or an international track race at the highest level: the TRC 1400 DICUT wheel is my go-to choice for our athletes. With an aerodynamic rim profile made for the track in combination with the proven and tested DT Swiss 240 hub, the wheels exceed my demands as mechanic and those of our top athletes.»
