Functions Forks

  • Carbon Crown
    Crown and steerer are a unit of high modulus UD carbon. The internal rib reinforcements make it safe and stiff.
  • Carbon
    Being a high-tech composite material consisting of fibres and resin, carbon can be used to resist the exact forces it is subjected to. This enables engineers to design parts with an unmatched strength to weight ratio.
  • NCS
    Negative Coil Spring. NCS is a high performance air spring system featuring a negative coil spring. It is designed to achieve a perfect spring rate, and therefore performance, irrespective of the rider weight.
  • O.D.L
    O.D.L allows you to adapt your setup to any terrain. Fully open, stiffened or fully locked it offers maximum performance in any riding situation.
  • One Piece Mag
    The One Piece Mag lower unit is made using a magnesium injection-molding process. This process allows our engineers to precisely define wall thicknesses and complex shapes. The advanced engineering processes DT Swiss employs for its One Piece Mag lowers make for an ideal strength to weight ratio of the final product.
  • Remote control
    The Remote control allows the manipulation of the suspension from the handlebar.
  • TFP Upper
    TFP (tailored fiber placement) allows the construction of load-capable components by placing carbon fibers in accordance with the actual loads with the use of CNC embroidery machines. The resin injection and curing process of the preform are SPS controlled. The result is high-quality, super-reliable, ultra-lightweight carbon components.
